1. Access to the e-Library:
· The e-Library is accessible to registered members only.
· Membership is granted upon completion of the registration process and acceptance of the terms and conditions.
· Members must be from Don Bosco centers.
· Members must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information during the registration process.
2. Intellectual Property Rights:
· The e-Library content, including text, images, videos, and any other materials, is protected by copyright laws.
· Members may access and use the e-Library content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
· Members must not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the e-Library content without explicit permission.
3. Use of e-Library Materials:
· Members may download, print, or save e-Library materials for personal use only, within the limits of fair use and copyright law.
· Proper attribution must be given when using excerpts or quotations from the e-Library materials.
· Members are responsible for ensuring that their use of the e-Library materials complies with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Privacy and Data Security:
· The e-Library collects and stores personal information of members in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
· The e-Library will not sell or share members’ personal information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
· The e-Library employs reasonable security measures to protect members’ personal information, but members are responsible for maintaining the security of their own login credentials.
5. Limitation of Liability:
· The e-Library and its administrators are not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use or inability to use the e-Library.
· Members are responsible for independently verifying the accuracy and suitability of the e-Library materials for their intended purposes.
6. Termination of Membership:
· The e-Library reserves the right to terminate a member’s access to the e-Library in cases of violation of the terms and conditions or any unlawful activities.
· Members may request termination of their membership by contacting the e-Library administrators.
